Shree Tours Refund & Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

If 60 days before cancel charges : 10% of the Tour / service cost

if 45 days before cancel charges : 20% of the Tour / service cost

If 15 days before cancel  charges : 25% of the Tour / service cost

If 07 days before cancel charges  : 50% of the Tour / service cost

 LESS THAN 72 HOURS OR NO SHOW: NO REFUND

In case of Special Trains Journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).

SOME CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES ARE OUT OF OUR TENDER:

Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS:

Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

LAW & JUSDICTION

For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by The Travel Planners, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Hyderabad.

Our Liabilities & Limitations

                  In regard to refund of postpone/prepone or unused/unutilized services ( Which are paid for and cancelled in advance ) the refund amount would we accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2-4 weeks due to the banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to bank account ,the bank charges would we debited from the refund amount.

                        Please note that after the finalization of the tour /service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments /museums, taxes,fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt .of India, the same would be charged as extra. Kerala Holidays (P ) Ltd act only in the capacity of agent for the hotel, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts contracts and tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & Condition under which these services are provide by them.

                  All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you general idea of the likely trip schedule .Numerous factors such as weather. road condition, the physical ability of the participant etc. May dictate literary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any scheduled in the interest of the trip participant’s safety, comfort & general well being.

                  Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotel and airlines retain the right to modify the rates with out notices. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification ,can we changed by us according to the modification by hotel or airlines. All hotel booking are based on unusual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

               We shall not be responsible for any delays & alternation in the program or expenses .incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards ,flights cancellation, accident breakdown of machinery or equipment. breakdown of transport, weather ,sickness , landslides, political closers or any untoward incidents.

                 We shell not be responsible for any loss, injury or dame to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of god dangers. fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikers, riots, thefts pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulation, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

                We do have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness ,loss due to thefts, or any other reason. Visitor are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all time are at the client’s risk.

Health

Any person who has a contagious disease is forbidden travel, any person found during the tour which such a disease will be asked to leave the tour end will have to make their own arrangements to return home.

Hotel Rooms Check-in/Check-out  Policy

  • Check- In 10.00 – 12 .00 Hours
  • Check-out – 10.00 – 12.00 Hours

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. Later check out s are available on request and subject to amiability / Payment. We can always make request a request for early check – in or late check out if required but we do not guarantee that,that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel,time of the year and availability of the room.
